Hi, I’m Dr. Adam Gist, PT. I’ve been helping people overcome pain and return to the activities they love since 2010. My journey started as a Physical Therapist Assistant before I completed my Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2019. Throughout my career, I’ve seen firsthand how personalized care and a focus on the entire body—not just the problem area—can make a significant difference in recovery.

As a former collegiate baseball player, I know how frustrating it is to be sidelined by an injury. My own experiences drive my passion for helping others. I specialize in running and golf-related injuries. I have dedicated my practice to providing individualized care for anyone looking to recover and get back to peak performance.

During our sessions, I conduct a full-body assessment to identify the root cause of your pain. My goal is not just to treat the symptoms but to resolve the underlying issue for long-lasting results. I utilize a combination of strengthening and mobility exercises as well as manual therapy to resolve your pain and improve function.

When I’m not working with clients, I’m staying active with golf, lifting weights, and running as well as keeping up with the latest advancements in sports therapy to serve you better.
